  • Classic By Nose & Mouth
    1.  Mix 1/4 tsp of Lanto (spoon provided) with 1-2 tbsp of commercially bottled, distilled, or sterile (boiled & cooled) water.
    2.  Using a cotton swab or a clean finger, dab the mixture 1/2 inch into nostrils (1-3 times).
    3. Swish remaining mixture in mouth & swallow.

    Maximum Boost Sinus Rinse
    1. Add up to 1/4 tsp of Lanto (spoon provided) to your saline sinus rinse. Use a basic salt mix with commercially bottled, distilled, or sterile water. 
    2. Make a fresh sinus rinse per use and clean all accessories thoroughly.
    3. Use once per day as needed.
    4. Apply once in each nostril, once per day, as needed.

    Best Use
    • Use as needed until feeling healthy or sinus issues improve. Then stop.
    • While using Lanto Sinus, do not use antibacterial nasal sprays or products.
    • We recommend using Lanto Sinus within six months of purchase to ensure that the Lactobacillus sakei is potent and active.
    • Once the bottle is opened, Lanto Sinus is most effective for at least 3 months.
