It works, but you have to wait 3-4 days to show the effect.

Years of rinsing out my sinuses with warm salt water had removed or killed the good bacteria in my sinuses. I was catching every cold or flu that came around and having major sinus infections three to four times a year resulting in four sinus surgeries. My ENT recommended I use a probiotic rinse, so I gave Lanto Sinus a try. It took a few weeks to get my sinuses to open back up, but once they did, I felt better than I have in years. About halfway through the 1st bottle of Lanto my 3 year long sinus condition is gone. I was constantly blowing only my right nostril. I would go through a big rectangle box of tissues a day and had them everywhere in the house and car. Took them into restaurants ..malls ..etc.. it has stopped..it’s kinda miraculous. The answer to my prayers.

I skip a day or so but seem to need to go back on it quite quickly. Placing in the nose, too can be ok but tends to leave a dry discharge, that can be irritating. I have Klebsiella Pneumoniae in the sinuses. I am told by the testing lab that this won't get rid of it but could keep it from recolonizing once the infection is eradicated. The K. pneumoniae organism can be symptomatic or asymptomatic but is not part of the normal flora. I seem up and down with symptoms. I am a complex patient, immune wise so that infection has not been treated. It is also supposed to be good for the GI. I cannot tell that. I swish it dry and let it stay in the throat a few minutes, too before I swallow.

While I'm a firm believer in the concept of restoring the sinus microbiome with good bacteria to help control the bad bacteria and restore a proper balance in that environment, this product does not work for me. I had some success initially, a couple years ago, but more recently, I believe it has not been helpful and even made things a bit more uncomfortable. I'm a bit of an extreme case, having had several sinus surgeries and endless antibiotics over decades and I have no doubt that my microbiome is decimated, but unfortunately, this product isn't helping me get it back to anywhere near normal. I think it's a bit more complex than simply adding one strain. That said, I think it may be helpful for many and is certainly worth a try, as it's not going to hurt anything but your wallet.

Amazing, I have had sinus infections all my life. I have lived on antibiotics till I found your product. I have been using it for three years now. I would like to add that I also use a steroid spray to keep the inflammation down which really helps. Best product ever.

For the last 30 years I suffered with my sinus after an Sub-mucous resection for polyps which led to ME, chronic fatigue, constant swelling in my head which I had to take medication for. I have done a lot better with sinus since I started with this product. My dr. is top notch from MASS EYE AND EAR. He was looking it over online with me and said to try it...it had possibilities. Personally, after years of sinus disaster and 2 surgeries, this is a different approach that made a lot of sense. I have allergies and MCD...multiple chemical sensitivities... and I am planning to keep using this protocol. I will get a more comprehensive reading on it as I continue.

I've had a sinus infection for a year. My provider would not prescribe enough antibiotics to get over the infection!!! I was referred to an ENT. She prescribed enough to get my infection cleared to a point, but then wouldn't give me more. I started using Lantos a week ago. It is helping. I am still waiting to see if I can get it totally cleared.

Excellent product. I have been using it for several years to help with chronic rhinosinusitis. The package arrives packed in a cooler container. I use it nasally and orally ,for at least 3 days after my my symptoms are no longer present. I have informed my allergist and ENT surgeon of the great benefits.

Great product, that actually works!

I have a Marcons infection in my nose. Functional medicine doctor prescribed fluconazole and diflucan, plus itraconazole nose spray. After a month of pills and 2 months of the nose spray, I noticed no difference. Until I saw an interview with Lanto Health and purchased your probiotic L. Sakei from Kimchee. After using it for a few weeks, now my nose and sinuses feel clear. My doctor says she's glad to know about your product so she can offer it to other patients. Thank you!

I am a chiropractic neurologist and functional medicine provider. We live in the central valley of California...LOTs of dust, LOTS of pollen and pesticides (agriculture), and smog, with pollution blowing down from the bay area. I have struggled all my life with chronic bad breath. Disappointed this didn't work for me

I read the reports on the value of your product so i decided to try it. At the time I had acute sinusitis and it did not help. I then had a balloon procedure to open my sinus cavities and that seemed to help but I was still congested in my head so I decided to give your product another try after having the procedure hoping it would improve my breathing capability through my nose. I sure was hoping your product would work but I did not notice any improvement and I'm almost finished the second container. Maybe you can recommend something else I could do or use in addition to your product. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As good as ever, applied dry up the nose in each nostril and then swilled around the mouth and swallowed. Works well after netipot rinse once a day and sorts out any build up in the sinuses.

I took the entire bottle and have no idea if it did anything. I have bad allergies and I take allegra so I am thinking I wasted the whole bottle.

I am 3 Weeks into it, it seemed to help initially but now Im still in the same merry-go-round of ongoing sinus infections, my problem seems to occur when eating, starchy / wheat based or high sugar foods and drink, perhaps I need to keep persevering longer with it .

I've been suffering chronic sinusitis and post nasal drip for years, but last year (2020) with the California wildfires across the state, I developed a really bad sinus infection. I went through three courses of antibiotics two of which included steroids and after finishing the last course, I was still infected. I had read from reliable sources that the sinus cavity has it's own microbiome and that L. sakei is beneficial for sinus health. Within a day, my sinuses were draining better and it continues to improve. I no longer have any signs of infection and my nasal passages are the clearest they've been in years. I plan to continue 'seeding' my sinus microbiome with Lanto Sinus.

I have battled nasal sinus and allergy issues all my life. What I have found is that there is not a single cure for any of it. I have gone as far as doing 1 of 2 nasal surgeries recommended by doctors. Although 1st one helped, it was not the relief I had hoped for. Between nasal sprays, antihistamines and being aware of my environmental conditions among other things, I have been able to maintain a comfortable, sinus infection free life through most of the year. However, a year after my surgery, I battled a severe sinus infection. Searching for answers yet again, I came across this product and decided to give it a shot. I have found that when my typical daily regiments fail to keep my nasal passages primarily clear, instead of taking more heavy decongestants that are not guaranteed to work based on my experience, I had instead incorporated the sinus probiotic before bed. I take it orally (the taste is benign and I let it dissolve in my mouth and keep it there for a few minutes) and have not yet found a need to take by nose. I have found that while using this for a few days, my nasal passages readjust and never get to the unmanageable sinus infection that requires antibiotics. This alone was a huge win for me, avoiding antibiotics and never reaching the level of a nose that is full of mucus and unable to breathe, and hopefully avoiding another surgery. I want to stress, that this sinus probiotic is not a sole answer to my issues and likely yours either, but it has helped me to avoid those extreme unmanageable conditions where intervention by a doctor is required. This product is not economically available to me to take more regularly, so I utilize it when my daily routines/antihistamines/nasal herbals can't maintain. I find myself taking it most during the spring and fall seasons, usually have an opened and sealed bottle on hand in the refrigerator.

I have dealt with fungal sinusitis/nasal polyps for over 10 years now. I have been on numerous steroids, antibiotics, and different allergy medications to help manage my symptoms. I was skeptical to try this out; however, I decided to try it because if it worked it worked and if it didn’t then no harm. Better than I thought.

I've had a chronic bacterial nose infection (staph aureus, confirmed by sample) which was awful and several courses of antibiotics didn't shift. After a year I did some research and tried 2 months of high strength manuka in a netipot twice a day, followed by lanto sinus snorted up the nose and in the mouth daily, followed by over a week of baby shampoo nasal rinses in a netipot. I couldn't say which part of this routine shifted it, or whether it was the combination of all three, but after all that the infection had finally gone. A sputum sample at the GP confirmed this to be the case. At last I'm symptom free and it feels as if a cloud has lifted. The lanto sinus definitely played a role in this - I found that after using for just a day it shifted a massive amount of bloody mucas from the back of my nose. I'm now on my second pot of lanto and am now using it in the mouth - I plan to finish this pot off to help rebalance the sinuses and then I'll only use it again if the infection should ever come back.

Easy to use. Like that I can use topically by using a Q- tip in nose and/or as a mouth rinse to gargle with if desired.

It didn’t help me at all. Have swollen turbinates and head pressure for past 17 years. Everyday is hell. Pray for me.

It is only product I need for any sinus problems

I bought this product to see if it would help with a sinus drainage problem that I have. I also have burning in my mouth. After about a month of use, I really cannot tell if it is helping. Maybe I need to stick with it longer, but the product is so expensive for such a tiny amount and I am unsure about the final result. I have been tested for allergies and food sensitivities and have none. The problem started over a year and a half ago.

I was expecting this to be far more helpful than it was. Its not very user friendly, and I have not noticed much improvement. Wish I could give more positive feedback. I had high hopes.

I had sinus drainage daily. I would clear my throat constantly in the mornings for about an hour. The only thing that helped with it was Benadryl, which I took 1 every 4 hours. I hated taking that but the 24 hour allergy meds didn't help with the drainage. When I started using Lankto probiotic, I noticed a difference in just a few days. I take it every day. I have ceased taking the Benadryl. This stuff is amazing. When I run out, it takes several days for the drainage to come back and it isn't nearly as bad as it was before. I just need to make sure I don't run out!

Lanto Sinus is giving me the ability to feel and live like a normal person. Since I started using it, I noted less frequent sinus infections. And when they occur, they are not as severe as before. Although I rarely need antibiotics to manage my condition anymore, I do need to use Lanto regularly. It is not a cure for recurring sinus infections, but an effective (and welcome) treatment.

Really seems to work well. Very happy I found it.

My sinuses seemed better immediately when I started using, but then turn a downturn. This could have been worse allergy weather or something else, I don't know. I am still using. The post nasal drainage seems to be better, but still happens every day. I think the jury is still out, but I am continuing for at least another six weeks to see what happens.

I purchase once/twice per year, fall thru spring and use at first sign cold/flu, sinus/hay fever. So far have avoided any more serious progression of symptoms.

I have had what the doctors described as a virual sinus infection and there was no cure. For 18 months this has affected me, post nasal drip, coughing and my speech due to the post nasal drip. I’ve been using Lanto Sinus for several months. Initially, I was using it with two prescription sinus sprays and one was a steroid sinus spray. I eventually realized that the steroid kept my blood sugar high even though my ENT and allergist said that it wouldn’t affect me because it wasn’t an oral medication. For at least a week I’ve been using just Lanto Sinus and my symptoms haven’t increased but rather improved. My blood pressure and blood sugar are significantly improved. Julia

It seem´s to be working for my wife, she has been suffering from sinus problem for years. After taking the first box she was much better so we bought two more boxes. Now it seem’s that her recovery has stopped, but she is much better than before she started to take Lanto sinus.

I only use it when necessary, perhaps once a week. I find it is very good. I would like to know if anyone sells it in Australia as it is very expensive to ship if you want it kept cold.
