Lanto Sinus is a probiotic supplement that supports sinus health by introducing beneficial bacteria into the mouth and sinuses. Lanto Sinus contains beneficial kimchi derived Lactobacillus sakei, a keystone bacteria found in healthy sinuses. Lanto Sinus contains 17 billion total CFU of Lactobacillus sakei at time of manufacture.

There’s more than 1 way to use Lanto Sinus Probiotic Powder.

Classic - By Nose and Mouth

1. Mix 1/4 tsp of Lanto (spoon provided) with 1-2 tbsp of commercially bottled, distilled, or sterile (boiled & cooled) water.
2. Using a cotton swab or a clean finger, dab the mixture 1/2 inch into nostrils (1-3 times).
3. Swish remaining mixture in mouth & swallow.

Maximum Boost - Sinus Rinse

1. Add up to 1/4 tsp of Lanto (spoon provided) to your saline sinus rinse. Use a basic salt mix with commercially bottled, distilled, or sterile water.
2. Make a fresh sinus rinse per use and clean all accessories thoroughly.
3. Use once per day as needed.

Gentle Use - By Mouth

1. Place 1/4 tsp of Lanto (spoon provided), either dry or mixed with 1-2 tbsp of water, into the mouth.
2. Swish & swallow. Don't eat or drink for 5 minutes.

Lanto Sinus should be refrigerated to preserve the Lactobacillus sakei. However, our L. sakei  is stable at room temperature for more than 2 weeks, which is perfect for shipping to you. We add ice packs to shipments to ensure that the product always arrives to customers in excellent condition. We expect the ice pack to melt during shipping, but this is totally normal and your product is still alive and well!

We recommend using Lanto Sinus within 6 months of purchase to ensure that the L. sakei is at its most potent. Once the bottle is opened, Lanto Sinus is most effective for at least 3 months. Every bottle has an expiration date printed on the bottom to help you keep track. 

Domestic Orders: Lanto Sinus ships out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. You will receive your order the same week if you order before 4pm (ET) on Wednesday.

International Orders: Lanto Sinus ships out on Mondays.
